Our lesson program is designed to accommodate riders of all levels. We accept beginners who want to start taking lessons along with riders who have taken a break and want to return to the saddle. Lessons can be taken on one of our horses or your own horse.

 

Every new student must start out with an evaluation lesson. All students must wear long pants, boots with short heels, and a safety-approved helmet. If you do not own a safety-approved helmet, we have a selection of sizes, but we recommend a pair of paddock boots and a correctly fitted safety helmet as your first equine investment. Nothing is more important than your safety. If you own a safety helmet, please bring it to your lessons.

 

Required Evaluation Lesson...............$75

A 30-minute first-time lesson introduces a new rider to our program, or horses and riding in general, and determines the skills of a rider who hasn’t ridden in some time.

CANCELLATION POLICY: SSE has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify Sandrine by phone or email 24 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel your lesson. Late cancellations or “no shows” will be charged for their lesson. There are no refunds for lessons or packages not taken within 60 days of purchase.
