Imported just a year ago, Flipper has already made a name for himself as a hack winner with a charming personality. This sweet and kind horse is courageous and willing to jump anything. Currently coursing 3 feet, he has the scope to go higher. He's comfortable to ride, showcasing smooth changes and the ability to walk the lines easily, thanks to his giant step. Flipper is perfect for kids and amateur riders ready to excel in the show ring.

In 2023, under the guidance of an IHSA coach, Flipper competed in various shows, where he proved to be a favorite draw. Shown on the local SoCal circuit with an amateur rider, he won under saddle and earned suitable ribbons over fences in the Rusty Stirrup. He was also crowned walk/trot champion with an amateur's daughter.

Flipper had a great experience at his first rated show at the 102nd Annual Flintridge horse show with good rounds by our Chapman University riders. Third place in the 2’6” Low Adult Hunter U/S class and fourth place in the O/F classes with Chloe Oldenbrook. Third place in the USHJA 2’9” Hunter U/S class and fourth place in the O/F classes with Maci Marantette

While Flipper does require a lot of leg on the flat, he thrives in a training program that combines professional schooling with lessons involving a kid or amateur rider. With the right program, he's poised to excel as a 3'6" small hunter and is eligible for 6-year-old hunters.
